What app will let me sync home outlook?

Does anyone know of an app that will easily sync my home Outlook calendar and contacts with Droid. I am using Windows XP. I'm trying Companionlink USP Synchronize and it doesn't work well. You have to use their calendar on your phone and it will only show you one day at a time. On contacts, app doesn't recognize difference between first and last names and switches rather randomly. Any advice??

I forgot to mention that Companionlink USP Synchronize also costs $40!!

I don't know, but is there an easy way to sync your home Outlook calendar and contacts with your gmail email. Which a will then sync with your phone automatically.
