Default Audible Audio Books
I have used my Palm Treo 700p to listen to Audible audio books for years. Audible does not yet have an application to support android phones, but I am still hoping to find an application that will be able to accept my audio books. I don't want to haul around an ipod! Thanks.

Default Audible Books
I, too am an Audible Book subscriber. I assumed a sophisticated device of this nature would be capable of playing a MP3 file. Alas, I am sad. Has anyone got a clue if there is an app or one being developed?

It can play an MP3 file. Are the audio books like a music MP3? Forgive my ignorance but I did load a bunch of MP3 songs to mine so if they are the same then the audio books should be the same.


I loaded all the songs I have on my ipod to my Droid. Works perfectly.

Cool mp3 files including audio books
Try "MortPlayer" for mp3s and audio books. (DroidX)
