Default Bionic at Costco

Anyone know if/when Costco will have the Bionic? Per this ad the accessory bundle will make it worth buying there. http://bit.ly/nCLY87

I'm not sure but I imagine it'll be available the same day. They have shipped. Its just that the stores can't turn them on till tomorrow.

I was looking forward to the Bionic. But it took so long to come out, I may wait and see what the Samsung Prime looks like.

That and it has a $589.00 price tag without a contract. I'm hearing something about 299 with a contract. That's pretty steep.

I just ordered my Bionic!!!! won't get it till Monday...but am very excited to see how it will compare to my Droid X, I do agree....I thought that the price was a bit steep especially since these smartphones are constantly getting better and better. It'll probably be obosolete within a year!

So far I love the Bionic! I've had it about 4 days and have really been able to customize this thing a lot. My battery life is about 13.5 hours. Mostly 3G and some 4G. 4G is blazing BTW! Right now the phone has been on 12 hours without a charge and I have 20% remaining. I think the antenna is a lot better than my OG Droid due to the fact I have better signal in the same old places. It has locked up twice. Once when I was doing a GoogleTalk and I ended it. The other time is when I put it in sleep mode. It never woke up! Had to take the battery out. The dual core is blazing fast and the camera is pretty good. I like the look, feel and weight of it. So far $299 with another 2 year contract that I upgraded from an OG Droid.... Heck yeah it was a great move!

I'm liking it but I'm not big on the battery life right now. I have been doing a lot with it though and I have a lot of apps running. I tried Juice Defender but I didn't like how it acted with the phone. The video conferencing on google talk has a little bit to be desired. The phone isn't as loud on the speaker as the OG Droid but I can deal with that. It is super fast, and the apps come up with blazing speed. One thing I don't like is the file system and how the phone "fakes" the SD Card when in reality you're putting stuff on internal memory. You have to specifically move data from certain apps to the SD card and even so, you can't do it with certain apps. There are some improvements that need to be made but overall I'm happy. I'll be happier when I get a holster for it, and the car dock of course because I can't live without that. It feels weird just carrying a naked phone around... Not used to that.

Yep. I ordered a case and a pouch from Amazon. Hopefully should be here tomorrow.
Don't know about all the file and SD stuff, but my battery is extremely adequate. I think for a screen that size running dual core processors switching in and out of 4G, updating facebook, weather, and location all the time it does good. Today, granted, I haven't used it a whole lot but I've got 13 hours on it and when I plugged it in I had 60% left! Maybe when they send out an update it will fix some of the things you mentioned. I'm still extremely happy with the decision to get it!

Well I got the car dock and when you dock the thing, it speaks the text messages to you. I don't like that at all because you can't turn it off. Once I figure out a way to do that i will be much happier. So yes it's a great phone but it has its down side too. Not much of one, just some minor annoyances. I can deal with that given the awesomeness of the rest of this beast.
