HOw can I pull my Microsoft calendar on my laptop to my Droid?

Default Microsoft Calendar to Droid 2
I'm using CompanionLink software ($39.95 after 14 day trial). Sets up Deja Office and from there you an synch your Outlook calendar. I am very happy with it, although unhappy that Google wants to hold me hostage to their calendar. I am a Droid 2 business user, no way.
