So PDANet and other tethering apps are being removed from the Android Market for certain carriers. You can probably guess that the main one is Verizon. So I have to ask this. Why is it that you can use an unlimited amount of data on your plan that you've purchased yet if for some reason you attach a device to it and use the same data, you now have to pay 20 bucks a month?
Talk about nickle and diming your customers. I can understand some charges and I'm all for making a buck. It's the American way but seriously? Come on Verizon, leave the market alone and let people develop apps that are useful, which this one is.
The good news is that you can still get the app from their website, download it to your computer and install it both on your laptop and telephone.
